Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Premium Departure. By accessing our website and using our flight reservation services, you acknowledge and accept the following Terms and Conditions. These provisions define your use of Premium Departure services and apply to reservations completed through our website, telephone support, or approved representatives. Please review these provisions carefully before completing any purchase.
Booking and Ticketing
Flight reservations depend on availability when the request is processed. A reservation becomes confirmed after the required payment is received and a valid ticket or confirmation document has been issued. Prices may change until the reservation has been successfully completed.
- Passengers must verify that their names and personal information exactly match their passport or government-issued identification.
- Prices shown in USD include applicable standard taxes and service charges unless clearly stated otherwise.
- Baggage policies differ according to airline, route, fare type, and cabin. Additional baggage may result in separate charges.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for confirming that they satisfy all travel requirements applicable to their destination, including passports, visas, entry permits, and required travel documents. Premium Departure is not responsible when travel is refused because required documentation is missing, expired, or inaccurate.
Code of Conduct
Passengers are expected to follow airline safety instructions and applicable travel rules throughout their journey. We may refuse service or request assistance when a passenger behaves in a threatening, abusive, or seriously disruptive manner that affects the safety or comfort of others. Any resulting charges or penalties remain the passenger's responsibility.
These terms are subject to applicable aviation regulations and governing requirements. For additional information about individual booking policies, please review our related legal pages or contact our customer support team.
